Kariant Xtended Partner pricing terms

These terms apply to every business that applies to become a Kariant Xtended Partner and pays a Partnership Fee.

They add to the Kariant Terms of Service and the Kariant Refund Policy.

These terms explain how Kariant Xtended Partner fees work. If you are charged in error, such as a duplicate charge or a wrong amount, we will correct it in full.

Lifetime limitless growth is the set of benefits that bring you visitors and leads. These benefits don’t rely on per-use spending, so they are included with your partnership with no per-use charges and no usage cap:

• Traffic acquisition: people exploring opportunities find your listing through discovery, comparison and inquiry tools. You pay no traffic acquisition fee.
• Contextual mentions in Klick Chat and Klick Live when your listing matches the question. A mention in every answer, or a particular position, is not guaranteed.
• Quote requests, with no fee for receiving them.
• Call and demo bookings, with no fee for receiving them.
• Leads and inquiries, with no lead fee, brokerage or commission.
• An automatic fit score on every verified inquiry, at no charge.
• Email alerts for new leads, and one place to manage your inquiries, quote requests and bookings.

Lifetime means for as long as your partnership stays active and Kariant Xtended operates, unless your partnership ends under the Kariant Terms of Service. On an annual partnership, the same benefits are included for each annual term you pay for.

To protect you and Opportunity Seekers, we may limit activity that looks like spam, misuse or automated abuse. Bookings follow the notice period and booking window you set.

• Your brand profile and your shareable listing
• Tools to manage your listings and leads
• Your organization and team access
• Listing views, interest and performance insights
• Access to Solutions, with no separate Solutions membership fee. AI-powered work inside Solutions is paid as you use it.
• Customer support and your KashFlow account

These are included for the same period as lifetime limitless growth.

AI features, API-powered features and other capabilities paid in Koins are unlocked only through variable payments, made as you use them. They are not part of lifetime limitless growth, and your Partnership Fee does not include them. They include:

• Klick Chat and Klick Live, when you use them for your own research and content work
• Klick Maps and Klick Earth
• Messages you send to Opportunity Seekers
• Boost your listings
• Advertise on Kariant Xtended
• AI-powered and API-powered work inside Solutions, such as agent building, AI reports, candidate qualification and agreement drafts
• Creative assistance, and reports and research
• Optional AI review of a lead, which you start and confirm for that lead
• Brand monitoring

How paying as you use works

You pay in Koins through your KashFlow account. Each Koin is priced at US$1. In India, prices and balances are shown in Sikka, where 1 Sikka equals ₹1.

Each paid action shows its price before you confirm it. Receiving a lead never starts a paid feature on its own.

You can top up your KashFlow account at any time and see every charge in your transaction history. You pay your Partnership Fee at checkout, not from your KashFlow balance.

We may limit paid AI activity to protect your balance.

Koins are credits for use on Kariant. They are not money, and they are not an investment.

Each partnership includes one listing, in any category that is live on Kariant Xtended. Your first listing keeps the offer you paid for.

Kariant Xtended publishes franchise listings today. We’re opening categories beyond franchise by 20 November 2026.

A partnership can have more listings, in the same category or in any other live category. Each additional listing is a separate annual partnership at the general Partnership Fee current when you add it. The current general Partnership Fee is ₹99,999 a year in India or US$9,999 a year elsewhere.

Fees for additional listings are not refundable, and the founding refund does not apply to them.

Partnership offers are counted separately in India and in the rest of the world:

• First 100 partners: a lifetime partnership for a one-time fee of US$999 (₹9,999 in India), with a 100% refund.
• Partners 101 to 200: a lifetime partnership for a one-time fee of US$2,499 (₹24,999 in India). No refund applies once your partnership is approved and activated.
• Partners 201 onward: an annual partnership for US$9,999 a year (₹99,999 a year in India). No refund applies once your partnership is approved and activated.

Your available offer and total are shown before you pay.

An annual partnership renews only when you pay for the next term. The renewal price is shown before you pay. If you don’t renew, the benefits included with your partnership end when your term ends.

How the 100% refund works

After your payment is confirmed and your partner account is approved and activated, we refund 100% of your Partnership Fee as 999 Koins, or 9,999 Sikka in India, credited to your KashFlow account. You can choose an eligible KashFlow account you already have or open a new one.

You can use these credits straight away on anything you pay for as you use it, such as messages to Opportunity Seekers. This is why the founding partnership is effectively zero cost: your full fee comes back to you as credits you can use on Kariant.

This is not an immediate bank refund. After one year, remaining eligible refund credits can be converted to Kash, subject to these terms, the Kariant Terms of Service and required account checks. Credits you have spent cannot also be converted.

Kash is a separate program credit on Kariant. It does not by itself give a right to a cash payout; a payout is available only where Kariant has expressly enabled one.

After you pay, the Kariant Xtended team will verify your application and complete your onboarding within 48 hours.

If your business isn’t a fit for any reason, we’ll refund the full amount within 7 days, to the payment method you used. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Once your partnership is approved and activated, the refund terms of your offer apply, as described in Founding offer and 100% refund.

Lifetime limitless growth describes the benefits included with your partnership. It is not a promise of any number of visitors, leads, sales or revenue. Results depend on your business, your listing and the people who find it. Read our Earnings & Financial Performance Policy.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Changes don’t affect the offer for a term you have already paid for.
